So I took a drive this morning and everything was fine untill a few miles later my Brake, VSC, VSC Off and ABS light went on. I looked down and my speedometer isn't working either, nor my gps on my double din and trip meter. RPM's work gas work. I pulled over turned off the car turned it back on and everything turned off and worked normal again. This went on all day, lights turn on, I pull over turn off car turn back and back to normal. Took it to autozone for a code read and when they plugged in the OBDII reader there isn't any power to it?!?! I went home pulled off the driver side panel and saw that the wires to the OBDII plug has been chopped up? I ran the wires everything seems to be connected via cut and splice. So WTH is going on?!?!?
probably a **** splicing job for someone who at one point had an SRT ecu or something...likely the wiring but possibly the ECU
Yea I went and triple checked it and one of the wires in the thick wire case was already cut so imma test drive and take it to autozone and see if their obdII turns on
Ok found out what the problem with the OBD II reader was.... the 7.5 fuse was blown. So what is the deal with the VSC, VSC off, ABS and brake lights? Anyone?
um...you use the diagnostic connecter WITH the obd2 reader...
No, he means the diagnostic connector under the hood, not under the dash. There are two. And if you are having problems with the lamps being on still 2 thoughts are the wheels speed sensors or the vehicle speed sensor. I installed some Intrax sway bars a few weeks ago and my car was so low also that the front bar cut the wiring in half and turned those lamps on.

right...both of those require an OBD2 reader.....since they're obd2 ports....
