duly noted....do headers actually give you any gains?? I was thinking about buying them as well, but I have heard that they dont really give you any official gains....
it's completely different; these headers are 230 dollars...a far cry from the 1k PPE is asking for. I'm just saying buying these probly won't give you any gains and are gona be a waste of money. but it's your money; if you want them then buy them.
I purchased these a long time ago and never installed them. If you're interested I'm selling them for $75 shipped. For peace of mind I'll give you my direct number at the US Census Bureau in DC.
you got a 250 or a 350? cause i got a set of mazzuri headers for the 250 for sale. not sure how many miles are on them. i can guarantee you'll feel the gains, and mazzuri had dyno sheets showing something like +20hp and 20ft/lbs of torque.

I definitely feel a difference and so do passengers. I already said this to a few people, but i think headers yield the most significant/noticeable gains on our cars and NA engines in general. With the mazzuri headers, the boost of hp and torque make the car feel faster overall. The closest thing I can compare it to is the E46 BMW 330i, which these headers put the 250 right around that power range. It's a bit more torquey and there is a lil more high end power. The dyno sheets that were on my.IS seem to be gone now, but they were proven gains. It also has a deeper and throaty sound too.
this ebay style header has a 2nd part that has some sort of straight through resonator, but the megan's do not. Would it be possible to use megan headers, but with the resonator from the ebay header to quiet it down a bit? seems like it would be the perfect compromise to me if it bolts up..
