does anybody have a solution to this issue? I am driving a 2006 IS250 AWD with 160,000km on it and every so often the engine will rumble when idling. The tachometer will also dip below the 1000 rpm line for a second before returning to 1500. Been complaining about the same issue at multiple dealerships for quite a while now with no concrete answers. I would love to get this taken care of because it causes my Check VSC and Engine light to come on intermittently.

no solutions yet...i've even had the carbon cleaning and it's still doing it. i now have lexus corporate involved and my car will be going back to the dealership soon for service again. i'm thinking this may become another big issue for them.

Start having same issue,
when took to dealer for recall, i mention this problem, he told me that they couldn't find any errors,
took some data and send to corporate ( not sure why)

it happens to me once in the while.
I did realize once i had AC on, but other times can't recall.

i have 08, 250 with 58K miles.
