What grade screw and how much torque

What grade screw is needed for a valve cover screw? and how much torque is required to tighten the screw?

I'd buy the screw from the dealership and the torque spec is probably no more than 5-7ft lbs, you'll need a torque wrench that does in/lbs..so about 60in/lbs
