Default *VIDEO* GS300 HKS Dragger Exhaust

Check the vid out and let me know what you think...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4VpGN...=%2526fmt%3D18 (watch in HQ mode)

I was thinking of moving the mufflers back about 2 inches making the top of the tips flush with the bumpers hole.

What do you think, leave it how it is now or move them back for a flush fit?

Yes, I'm running 3000k HID's in my lowbeams, it's very unique looking day or night and provides great light output.

My profile avatar pic is 8000k for low beams and 3000k for fogs w/ yellow film on lens. I wasn't getting very good light output at night with the 8000k so I installed the 3000k bulbs into my lowbeams... WAY better light output, makes night time driving with a tinted front windshield very easy.

This weekend I plant to order a set of HID replacement bulbs to replace the 8000k's, should I get another 3000k kit so both the fogs and lows match or should I put the 3000k's back into the fogs and get a 4200k-6000k for the low beams?

Here's a snapshot from the video...

Funny you say that, just picked up a set of 6k HID's a couple days ago for the lowbeams. So I'm currently running 6k up top and 3k in the fogs. I like the ouput of the 6k's, they have a nice white output color on the ground and when you look directly at them they are slightly blue.

I kinda miss the uniqueness of the 3k's up top for my lowbeams though, I want to try running 3k up top and in the fogs. Just the replacement HID bulbs without ballast and starter boxes are $30... crazy how cheap HID's are now.

Ya the exhaust was a little to loud for me to after running it a couple weeks... I was setting off alarms like crazy in Fashion Square Mall's multi-level parking garage. I had my resonators put back on last weekend, now it's a much more melow sound and any of the raspyness has dissapered. Plus it's kinda embaressing having such a loud car with no real speed to back up the noise lol, now if I had mexlex's turbo setup I'd probably leave the resonatores off and stay loud
