Default 98 GS engine cover?

Does the 98 GS have an engine cover? I recently went to have my car serviced and I washed my car the other day and noticed that my engine cover was not there!!!!! I could have sworn it had one before. If it does not let me know Please before I go to the shop and B*tch about it not being put back on.

I'm 95% sure the GS300 has one, the 98 GS400 definitely does.

victor, 98 GS3 does not come with an engine cover. I am not sure, but I believe they started putting the engine covers on the 01 models.

It would be funny if you go b!tch at the dealer though, maybe they'll give you one anyway .

Make that 50% sure...

I could have sworn I've seen 98/99 GS3's with engine cover - maybe they added afterward?

I thought I saw one the classified section for sale - but now I can't even find that!

Got to stop drinking out of those aluminum cans...

I've seen this in a few previous threads and the 98s do NOT have a cover. My 98 GS300 certainly do not have one.

The GS430 definately has a different engine cover than the GS400.

Was at the dealership yesterday looking.

Wow .. anyone see the sport edition GS 300?

Sharp interior. I like the seats, the carbon fiber interior hi-lites, as well as the different colored radio front...
