Default Exhaust Upgrade question??

was wondering if this B-pipe/middle pipe upgrade would serve any benefit on my stock gs400 exhaust system as far as power and sound?? It says the piping is 63/76mm. It's on ebay and costs under $300 including shipping..

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Thanks guys
