Yes, we went by the pin location and not the color. Car is getting harder to start now, 2-3 times even with gas. I think I am going to go back to the OEM setup until I get response back from SRT (probably never) or someone on the boards knows what the problem is...
Put the stock intake piping and disconnected the SRT ECU and the car runs like it's brand new, no hesitation and no limiter at 3k rpms. For some reason it evens seems a bit faster and a period of a few miles the MPG's also doubled.
So I think the fault maybe in the SRT ECU itself, hopefully I get a response back from SRT.
^ I think we just need to get you a Apex like I did and just go with me and we can tune our cars together. I think on your car with the exhaust it will be worth it. My car I fear it not working and spending more $$$ for a let down.

That's what I am probably going to have to do if I want to run with the SRT Intake. The CEL and VSC have not gone off yet, need to reset them
