Tranny fluid flush or drain/fill?

Default Tranny fluid flush or drain/fill?
My GS3 has 89K miles with original fluid. Should I do complete flush and refill with the Type IV fluid or should I simply drain a couple quarts and add back?

I would flush them then drain and fill them every 10k miles or every 2nd oil change.

I've done mine at every 15k miles. It's good to do a complete flush one in a long while..

I did my first drain and fill at 50K(but I think the stealership flush them b4 I did) and second drain and fill under 4K , but my next one prolly 10K.

How many qts. do I need to take my mechanic to do complete flush? He has the special equipment needed.

Sounds good. Would it probably be cheaper to buy Type IV from Toyota Dealer or can I only get it at Lexus?

How many qts do you need if you only drain and refill ? 2 qts thats what I heard is that right ? I have GS2.

Yes 2qts should be enough. Manual say 1.9qts I think. But it's damnn hard to check for the correct level. I hate it! I just pour 2qts and not worry about checking it .

I have heard about the filter kit, but most GS owner in here never replace their tranny filter. Correct me if I'm wrong.
