Default No catalyic converter???

Has anyone driven a GS4 without a catalyic converter? If so, how noisy is it? If I put a Blitz exhaust system with pre-silencers on it, would it be even louder? Thoughts and suggestions, please.

I am dumb and basically unbolted the exhaust right in front of the third cat sooo basically running nothing after the headers and it was pretty loud a little raspy not bad full throttle the thing was scary but could tell a big difference at low rpm .......in a bad way .... Dunno if that helps

search up exhaust...

its called adding an X-pipe to remove the cats. also the cats only filter out the fumes not noise... If you want increase exhaust note you would want to remove the resonators..

i removed the resonators in my 91LS and welded some magnaflow tips on.. the sound is stock on idle, but when i give it gas it sounds some what like a stock G35.. not a bad sound at all, but it's no where near after market exhaust loud, if you were to add some a/m exhausts on top of removing the resonators, i'd say it would be pretty loud
if you removed the cat, you probably won't pass your emission test
