Default smoking turbo and other problems

so i was just now taking my car for a test drive (not enough to get it even up to temp) and i noticed the turbo was smoking..at first it seemed it was coming from the oil return line (it sits against the header, but have a decent amount of header wrap between the oil line and the header.) but now it seems to be coming from the exhaust side of the turbo..(underneath) what is this? i am getting oil to the turbo (to the best of my knowledge) and also this greenish/blue stuff was on the inside of the turbo outlet (and it had come from the inside) any idea what that is? also..my car was on jacks for about 2 2/12 weeks, but now my abs, vsc, and vsc off lights are on, and wont go off...any ideas?
Thanks

Sounds like the seal is bad on the turbo, or you got some coolant leaking from some where, is the "turbo" oil and water cooled?

its not water cooled...it just has the normal oil feed and return..and this thing is brand new from the box...you seriously think the seals are bad? (turbonetics t-62) i read somewhere this is normal during some kind of "break in" period...

not too sure about your particular turbo, but you may need a restrictor in your oil feed line. It may be that too much oil is getting to the turbo and getting past the seals.

it came with a restrictor/filter built in...i think i had a slow leak on my inlet that was seeping down onto the exhaust side of the turbo..and i talked to one of my mechanic friends and they said i just need to clear the codes..nothing big
