Default 1 month and still no turbo

so yea...its been a month today when it was supposed to get here, and found out it had gotten stolen. Fedex says they are working on it...but seriously..a month to figure out that at point A it was 25lbs and point B it was 4lbs...not exactly rocket science..lol I just hope they get it taken care of soon, because I have to have it by the 22nd. turbonetics isn't really being much help...they are just waiting on fedex...ok maybe some of you fedex ppl can explain this to me...the contract was between turbonetics and fedex...fedex sends turbonetics the money...so then turbonetics has my money and the claim money...so in that case...why doesn't turbonetics just send me another turbo now? If I bought a car, and the person the dealer hires to deliver it to me totals it...that's not my problem..lol and im not going to wait until the dealer gets the insurance money before i get my new car

Does turbonetics have the claim money from fedex? If they already have that then they should send out a replacement immediately. If they dont have it then it would be in their best interest to hold off until they get the $ from fedex. I know it can happen to anyone but I just feel that fedex sucks. I really dont like ups either. For me the USPS has been great. I have sent and received many packages from them and no problems at all.

they don't have the claim money yet, but I have to have it by the 22nd. I don't mean to sound mean but...I really don't care if its in their best interest or not..lol I payed for a product I never received..and unless I'm going to get my money back right away..i don't have time to wait for fedex to finally get around to paying it. I agree with you..I think they suck, they totally screwed my dad on a computer about a year ago...unfortunately I didn't have any control over who shipped it...

I can relate to that bro...fedex miss hipped my order to the wrong address...But they never sent the drivers to pick it back up...Until now, I never get that stuffs and it has been over 2 years...A good thing it only a couple of bucks..But that not the principle of the things...They have the worst customer service EVER...I hope you get reimburse man!.

I plan to start my build on the 22 and be "done" (everything that's just been sitting in my room finally installed, and the custom exhaust done) sometime around new years. (not fully tuned, but drivable..) and just for anyone that's wondering...
Im going to be running a turbonetics t62 at 8psi and will be managing it all with a AEM FI/C . . . for starters...lol
