The belt is still slipping pretty bad in 3rd and 4th so theres no point in track/dyno time yet. Once it gets figured out then we'll see. I can't wait for this weekend cause I get my Synchronic!!!!

Was there boost leak when lms was dyno this kit and claimed a what 40-50whp gain? Was there belt slippage too? What's causing this belt slip

Can you put the next smaller size belt on? or is your belt not wrapping around the S/C pulley enough?
I've heard the goodyear gator belt is better than a regular serpentine one.
Get a boost gauge yet?

Yes I got my boost gauge on and I should be a lot faster than I am now for sure and I mean a lot. There isnt a smaller size belt I'm currently running a 28.8, if I could find a 28 or even a 27.8 it'll be perfect. You are correct about not having enough wrap on the SC, if you know of a place that has a smaller belt please LMK.

As of now the only solution I have is to run the pulley that came with the SC, which is bigger than the one I have, the previous owner put a smaller belt for more boost. But with a smaller pulley you need a smaller belt.

It is hard to envision your pulley set-up, any pics? Seems like if you add a pulley or increase the belt travel you would need a longer belt. maybe I'm looking at it wrong
I checked the 3 belt companies Goodyear, gates and Dayco and 28.8 is the smallest they make so maybe some other brand?

That's what I got too. Does anyone know if there's a company that makes custom belts?

Just for shiggles, I called Auto Zone with the specs and they might have something that could work. The closest fit they have is a 28.2

It is part number 582K5

I could not remember how many ribs the pulley has so I guessed 5, you might need to check again if that is incorrect.
