Yes, I'm aware of that.

He originally said O2s. Which made no sense in the context of his question. After several people pointed out his mistake, he went back and corrected it-

Are the ARC Filter elements Oil based?? (not sure)

If they were recently cleaned & re-oiled, their might be an issue with over oiling.

Oil vapor that collects on the MAF sensor can easily cause a CEL.
This was a common issue that occured on the IS300's, with oil based filters...

If that's the case, you can remove the MAF sensor and carefully clean it with
