Makeover time!! GS400TT upgrade/build has begun (pic happy)
cell's still the same.
Aloha
I'm impressed with the quality of the motor build and tasteful finishes.
This is inspiring and makes me want to pick up a 2nd Gen and build the motor similar to this. I'm looking forward to learn more about the modded toyo tranny and how it performs.
Great Job!

So small update on the car.
The current ECU (Autronic SM4) has been replaced. The only reason is due to the fact that the current software cannot recognize the toyota cam sensor pattern. For those of you with VVt-i (on the 1uz) there are 3 cam triggers that are eccentrically spaced (not 120 degrees between triggers) There doesn't seem to be a fix for this, the software has not been designed. Sooooo instead of waiting for the software, I decided to go with another unit (name withheld for now) This unit I was guaranteed to control everything including the vvt-i.
I was initially thinking of only going with the stock fuel setup. But decided, since I jumped off the cliff, I am already way into it, just make sure the mountainside is very high.
So here's some new stuff to be installed, after the new ECU is fully functional. The ECU is already in and the car is alive. Just need to get it tuned up some, then off to the dyno!!

I also have a dual pump hangar that will be installed with 2 walbro 255Lph pumps. The setup will run individual -6 lines to each fuel rail. Then return via an SX fpr.
Talk about going off the deep end
Did I forget anything? let me know!
