Default Megan Racing Exhaust Silencers

For those of you who have this exhaust already installed...How did you remove the silencers that come installed in the muffler? I know they're removable but they don't seem to want to budge. Is a special tool required?

take like something that is small enough to go inside the silencer. BUt like make sure its like a rubber stick. I used the rubber handle on my hammer, put it into the silencer and wiggle it out. =] they have to make it stay in there pretty tough because you dont want it to fall out when you are driving with it on.

Well I got them out, but getting them back in is another story. Guess I need to run the car for a little bit to make it easier.

Glad you got them out. So what did you have to do? Was it bolted in place with screws?
