Is there a known fitment issue with the Megan exhaust or was it just yours in particular...?

honestly i dont know. I live about 15-20 min away from the Megan HQ in california and i picked it up directly from them. when I had it installed it was not sitting right and when i called megan they said that "no exhaust fits perfectly on both sides" and that if i wanted it to fit equally on both sides I should zip tie the pipes n hangers.

That being said, i have talked to another owner of the exhaust and he said he never had this issue so i dont know....theres only been a handful of people who have actually bought the exhaust. Like i said before though the sound was amazing.

All aftermarket systems for the 2IS need a little adjusting with zip ties. Even the stock exhaust is a little off.

Yea I just installed this exhaust on my IS.. I gotta say the fitment really is ****ty.. you DO need to zip tie the driver side because it looks like the exhaust wasn't even designed for the car. The sound is REALLY good though lol

This may be a stupid question but what part of the exhaust are you using zip ties on? It seems like if they were in contact with any metal they would melt, unless you're using metal ones or something like that...?
