Default Noob question about Fukita intake

Well I may be a total noob, but here goes:

I bought the Fujita short ram intake and now the cone filter is kinda....in need of replacement. It looked like there were a couple of holes and bugs in there.

Now after checking Fujita's website, it says the filters are available in "2.50”, 2.75”, 3.00” 3.50” , 4.50",3.50" Long, and 4.00""

Should I just measure the intake for the correct dimension? Can I just go to Autobacs USA and say "Ummm dude I have a Fujita SRI for a Lexus IS250." and they'd know what I needed?

Also, is the install of the filter easy?

Noobi-ness over, proceed with your normal day.

"Filters are filters" is a myth. I suggest just sticking with a Fujita filter being that it's a Fujita pipe. The size of the pipe I think it's either a 2.75" or 3" so you will need that size filter. Also, you should have no problem installing the filter.
