Default experiencing strange noise from GS3 exhaust

I have a 2000 GS 300 with no engine or exhaust mods. I've noticed recently whenever floor it from a stop, when switching between 1st/2nd gears and between 2nd/3rd gears i hear a noise that sounds like a quick release of air. This sounds much like the "psshhhhh" noise made by a car with a supercharger/turbo. Anyone have a clue why my car would be making this noise?

I get that too...I think it's the air intake...Shouldn't be anything to worry about. Btw..I am rockin a stock 2000 gs3 as well. Usually happens between 3k-5k rpm when accelerating hard.
