tanabe + Injen!


btw..I've heard some people stating that TANABE kinda sounds like
the G35 or Z..but seriously,,it doesnt sound anything like that..
and trust me..it doesnt..I used to drive 06G35 6MT with Injen Intake and
my IS with Tanabe is definetely louder than my G35..it's deeper
but both of them sound GREAT!!!
I'm very surprised with the result of this product..and I'm glad that I
purchased it..

he let me borrow his tool to install my Intake at his place
(couldn't wait to take it home..so I did it right there when I bought it!!!)

I paid the Old price on TANABE exhaust..
i think the price jumped to nearly $700 last Friday (please correct me if I'm wrong) but I paid the old price which is way less than that
and little discount since I bought the Injen too..and paid cash!!

this one is kinda long to be a short ram but kinda short to be a CAI cuz
I remember that the Injen for my G35 was way LONGER..it was right next to my front bumper!!

 

they say it's a CAI, but in reality it's a shortram... reason why they would post CAI is because of the air duct that takes in air directly to the spot where the filter is..

 

I like the stock exhaust...

I don't find the need for straying from the natural sound of the vehicle. We already burn the M3's and the M5's are careful not to underestimate us.

 

yea, now that i look at it. its not a CAI.

i had a CAI on my rsx, and that **** was a legit CAI.
