Default Tanabe Exhaust Gasket? Anyone

Is there a gasket after the axel back? when replacing OEM exhaust with aftermarket?

Did anyone replace it when changing exhaust?
Part Number from Lexus?

There's a hard cone/donut gasket after the resononater but you don't replace it. I did put a little hi-temp copper Permatex on it, just my effort to make sure it didn't leak. Just so you don't have to search, no one know's what the torque is for the spring loaded bolts. Do us all a favor, none of us checked ourselves in install excitement, see if you can tighten the bolts at all before you unscrew them. I snugged mine to 35 ft.lbs but some people didn't fully compress the spring. No one thought to see how compressed the spring was. BTW it's an easy DYI.

Thanks, It seems to be an easy install, I plan on putting it on tomorrow. Ill check out the spring compression before the install, and test the factory torque on the bolts.

I wanted to take a pre-caution before the install, prevent any leaks. Where can I pick up a copper Permatex?

Any auto store,AutoZone etc.. Oh yeah, WD 40 to lube the hangers to help remove them, again to install. One more thing the Permatex is in an orange /copper colored tube.
