Greddy or Tanabe??
Anything louder than the Tanabe, and I would have **** myself for putting it on a Lexus. At times, even the Tanabe is a bit too much for me.
They both look like ultra-quality, but the Tanabe tip size looks more correct on the ISX50.
My $.02

I haven't heard Greddy in person, but if its anything like it was on my Civic then I would prefer Greddy. Heard a few Tanabe and even had one myself (not on the lex) and its pretty damn loud.
Stock is best, but I do like the shiny pan and tips.

Well, I have had BOTH GReddy and Tanabe on my car. Here is my 2 cents.
It depends what you are going for. Tanabe is quiet in several ways; the tips are smaller and more discreet, the sound is not as loud, and the tone is bordering on boring, as it's just a bass note. If you want pretty good, discreet looks and sounds, get the Tanabe.
The GReddy is louder, in several ways. The tips are larger, and imo fill out the holes better. That said, the look is "louder," as the larger, filled tips make it very clear the car is not stock. The sound, too. The sound is louder, and at times it can drone, and get a little too loud, especially when you have four people in the car. Soundwise, think a little louder than Tanabe, but nowhere near as loud as the HKS. However, unlike the Tanabe, it's not just a boring bass note. It's got some character to it.
So, it's up to you. I got rid of my Tanabe wanting more of a characteristic exhaust note and larger tips, and I got exactly what I paid for. I also got a louder exhaust that drones sometimes, which, mind you, the Tanabe does also, just not as badly.

I just got the Tanabe and installed it a week ago. You'll definitely notice that it's not the stock exhaust, although I had my brother drive it right after I installed it and he said it wasn't loud at all. I just have to get used to it I guess. Overall it's a good buy IMO. Build quality is top notch.
Trust (Greddy) exhaust has a warm up period. It is pretty much silent for the first 10 minutes when you are driving, and then gets pretty loud after that.
i like my tanabe... just wish it sticked out more cause of my kit. sound is perfect for me. probably won't be much, if any, difference in performance for any of the axlebacks. but knihc2008's greddy sounds good too. i just haven't had it on my car so i can't say how different it is. i'm going to get a custom catback... eventually...
I had the HKS Hi-Power, but it was a little too loud for my taste, so I sold it and bought the Greddy, and I am glad I did. The Greddy looks and sounds awesome, imo. Not too loud, but loud enought for people to know that my exhaust isn't stock. I didn't even consider the Tanabe for two reasons: 1. Not loud enought, and 2. The tips look too skinny and wimpy.
