I see everyone is either choosing between the two exhausts and I was wonder ppl's opinions on which sounds better etc. stuff like that. Everyone is saying which they have but not why... leave opinions.

Tanabe sounds a lot better being as that it is almost a thousand less.

I personally have the HKS Carbon-Titanium Exhaust. Sound is loud. Ill load a video when I can.

hks looks better.. I think it attracts too much unwanted attention... tanabe sounds nice enough without being too loud...

I heard the HKS Hi Power in person on an IS250, sounded really quiet (maybe because I came from an STI) lol...maybe it's louder once an intake is installed as well...

I absolutely love my Lexus HKS. I haven't heard a tanabe in person to compare, but my HKS puts out the perfect amount of sound.

I think the HKS Hi-power is too large, doesn't fit well with the car

i have the tanabe and i gotta say, it makes my car sound friggin awesome! the medallion touring exhaust is unique soudind i dunno how to describe it. i guess almost lik a Porsche if that answers anything ALMOST like a Porsche

love the hks but only got it cuz of warranty cuz im keeping this car...for the most bang for your buck the tanbe will be the way to go...
