I raced, from what appeared to be, a stock IS350 on the highway one night and couldn't figure out why he was hanging with me from a 60mph punch, if I had a little extra HP than he did.(Exhaust & Intake)

Well it turns out that the bolts that connect my A/M exhaust to my headers were loose! Those damn gaskets that are such a ***** to keep in the center of the pipes while bolting them up, were hanging down infront of the airway and everything. But I can't blame anybody but me so LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

Weather or not you installed your exahsut yourself, or had it done professionally, check those bolts!...You might be missing some of those ponies that you paid for.

I'm sure the 20" wheels and 10" sub didn't help much either.

Nice one Cayman! For 2 whole seconds you made me feel like I owned a gangster mobile on 20's with 30 sub woofers. Haha

You are 100% correct on that! BUT I bought them to help slow my *** down on the road...I got a 131 in a 55 (MPH Zone) speeding ticket when I first got my car, but I still have my stocks in my garage for the track.

you think more weight in your car will reduce the weight of your right foot?

I think cold fusion is possible in your world of physics

Shoulda gotten an IS250 instead. That way you'll slow down, save gas, save money on insurance and the initial cost of the car.

Nothing to do with weight..

It has to do with the fast that the side walls are about an inch tall and if I go fast, I am more likely to bend a $600(/ea) wheel. I put 19"s on it right after I bought the car and within 3 months I bought...(You're going to shake your head..I know) 3 wheels and 9 Z RATED tires. Haha I've about had it with speeding tickets too, none the less, every single employee at Discount Tire knows my first name, middle name, last name and probably my credit card number by heart. Haha. So..Yea...Has nothing to do with weight or cold fusion (nice one)..Just money

That sounds about right for super low profile tires. You need two sets of wheels and tires so you've always got one set getting straightened and one set on the car.

what he said is true, with your 20s your car run a 13.6 at most. If you don't believe it, take it to the track and see for yourself. I raced an Auto G35C from a dig, I did beat him but nothing like a stock IS350 would do to an auto G35C.
