Default Borla Off-Road ?

how would u get in trouble for this? i think its inspection but if u get pulled over u cant get in trouble right? also if it is inspection cant i keep the stock and put it back on for inspection?

Depends on where you live. In Cali, it could get your car impounded on the spot.

i daily drove my catless evo for quite a while in TX with no probs even when pulled over, and beleive me it attracted much more police attention than an IS

No, you don't need to put your stock one back on for the inspection since the borla off road does not remove the front cats. Those front cats are the only ones watched by the ecu and therefore the only ones that matter when they hook up the computer at the tx inspection places.

Cops have no way of knowing that the IS comes with 4 cats , nor that the front 2 are the only ones on your car, etc, etc...

I think every wrx and evo in the state of texas is catless completely. You have nothing to worry about.
