new here, ecu for IS220d?

When I floor the pedal in 2nd gear I get wheelspin, I never had this before the engine was chipped. (Maybe the chip just disables traction control :-D)
Anyway, the car feels more powerfull then before and acceleration times have improved.

This dealer also claims they will release a new chip that will remove the "delay" when you push the gas pedal... Sounds good, can't wait to test it...

I looked into this along time ago. The 220d is an in-line 4 cyl with a single turbo. I was wishing that the setup could be retrofited to the V-6 engines but no dice.

I had the same wish for the HS 250h, hoping that I could bolt some electric motors to an IS250 to boost torque. But no such luck.
