Default SRT filter cleaning

i just went to clean my filter and noticed it said "oil free performance" on it. Does that mean i don't have to apply any oil like the K&N.

Thanks for the replies.

I have one too, I know I need to re-oil mine like a K&N Filter, do you have a newer AFE Filter?

If they're using one of the new AEM Dryflow filters, you do not oil them It's a synthetic filter media that must not be oiled. All you do is wash it with the detergent cleaning solution and let it dry. Simple as that!
