i took the zex wet shot out of my old 2000 528i that i never had any problems with and put it into my gs300 shortly after i got the gs. the gs is a 99 with +100k miles.

i haven't had any problems on the gs but i have only sprayed it maybe 3 times, and i did pill it down to a 50 for the gs. on the 528i i ran it up to 100 wet and had no problems and probably squeezed 10 bottles, never could grow the ***** to put in the 120 pills that just put me in fear of making something go horrifically wrong and having to rebuild motors.

just do it run the smallest pill you have until you decide that its just not enough for your then step it up.

its set up with a wot switch not by rpm, so at wide open throttle by the throttle body it comes in. if i had it to set up by rpm though i would figure out at what rpm the tranny down shifts and set it just above that. the 1st time i hit the switch then went wot it shifted real hard with the spray on which probably hurts the tranny, since then i've babied the peddle till it down shifts then kicked it hard.

at 50 it feels pretty nice but i'm thinking about stepping it to 75 or 100. 100 in the 528 felt like a monster and was amazing.

the nozzels are as close to the throttle body as i could put them, thats where zex, nos, nx, any of those systems suggest you to put them i'm pretty sure. i did mount them on the underside of the intake piping so you can't really see them.

the control unit is mounted on the firewall, with the fuel lines coming off a T right before the fuel rail. the control box i put a cover over so when you look in the bay if you don't know exactly what your looking for you don't notice it.

there is nothing special about my set up except i have extra pills that let me take it down to a "50" shot from an older n2o set up. i did everything just as they stated in the instructions as far as instillation goes.

I just put a Zex wet kit on my GS400 as well. I installed it tonight actually - there is a real noticable difference. I have ordered the whole fancy kit w/ the blow down tube, purge, heater, and the nitrous traction control rpm switch with the ability to have it cut off at a certain rpm. So far I'm just doing the 75 shot and will probably keep it there just because you don't have to adjust the timing. The whole thing probably cost about 1000 dollars off of ebay. Fairly simple install. Took me about 4-5 hours though. Not 2

man.. i ran the wires in the cabin to the trunk in my gs.. but havent started in the motor side yet, its been 3 months. make sure you get colder plugs. (thats what i had to do with my celica. one drgree colder was good) correct me if i am wrong.

the set up i am going to do is the same set up i had in my 2001 celica. i will have a WOT switch and an Arm switch that i will hold in my hand (so it only sprays when both are activated). so i can wot and spray at a push of a button.

I'm pretty sure 13.9 on the bottle would be acomplished w/ the same set-up I have now. 125 Zex Wet shot, easy to install once you know where everything goes. It easily dropped about 1.5 seconds off my 1/4 and that's after gears, TC etc.

I ran a 15.1 all stock with just the mufflers removed and the stock 16in wheels with cheap tires on a 100° day. 50shot in my nitrous express kit it went 13.8@100 and then went to the 100 pill and went 13.5@105 spinning first then the bottle was too empty for more runs. Confident that with a fresh bottle, some seat time and maybe some sticky tires it would be an easy 12.7 car.
