Got a crazy idea and need your help...

I'm in the market for a new 4 door grocery getter and I've always been a huge Lexus fan and always wanted to do a 2j swap in a 2nd gen GS. Now my question is if anyone is willing to shed some light, I know that the 2j will fit into a GS400 that normally comes with the 4 liter V8 and I'm assuming that it then in fact would fit into say a '04 430. If that is correct would I assume that since the '04/'05 430 share the same motor that is in the new 3rd gen body do they also share the same subframe and then a 2j would fit in the 3rd gen GS body with no custom fab work, strictly drop in not running and all else that is involved. I'm new to the lexus forum and trying to learn quickly... just some insight as to me not being a noob per say in the car world, I've been a member on the supraforums for over 7 years and have owned many high horsepower Supras' over the years I still have my '98 Quicksilver Supra and now I would love to have a '06 GS with the a 2j as my daily driver since my 06 Evo IX(current daily) is going to be my new track car. Thanks in advance for anyone willing to lend a hand in my quest for the perfect marriage of style and power in a 4 door sleeper. I love the looks so much of the new GS and love the 2j powerplant and think it would be a great combo if its feesable...
