I think they have the spoiler for 365 painted and shipped. Just call the Element 114 contact number and place your order. Oh the number is 1877-890-6391. Now it just depends which one you like better and what price you're willing to pay. Hope this helps.

hmmm i think i have determined that is not much better than the OEM... well at least the price difference of $185 for oem/painted and $435 E114/painted tells me so. i think i will save the $250 for... lowering springs? cant decide.
