That's absolutely NOT going to be an issue with this exhaust since it doesn't even touch the mid-pipe. It is just an axle-back system. It will be totally legal.
Well, I guess it does technically "touch" the mid-pipe, since it bolts up to it, but it doesn't modify or replace the mid-pipe.
You only need one, but based on your member ID, it looks like you have an IS250 AWD. Make sure the exhaust is compatible with the AWD before you buy it.
