Default Has anyone installed there own LMS exhaust

Has anyone installed there own LMS exhaust or have had it installed? I am planning to have my dealer install my Megan exhaust and want to know how long it should take so I can negotiate a price right now they are quoting me $280 I think this is a bit much. Any comments or ideas are appreciated

the reason I say the LMS is because it is prob. the closest to the Megan out there cause the Megan is a full exhaust.

I would say do it yourself, it will be a little difficult getting under there but is a very simple install.

i think 280 is way too much. that's how much i'd expect for a quote on spring install, and even then it's a little much. i got my tanabe done for like $50. although different exhausts, i don't think it should cost too much more for a complete system. try to find someone else to do it or negotiate the price down.

I wouldn't pay more than $50 to get the exhaust install. All it takes is to unbolt the old exhaust and put the new one on. You don't need to reset anything either and you can use your original gasket.

Yeah you don't need to have dealer install, it's not hard. Shop around some other places.
