Default Borla Exhaust Tips???

I want to change out my exhaust tips but dont want it to be really any louder than it is now WOT.

My question is, if I go to a Borla exhaust tip, will it make it louder?

Is the stock inlet size 2.25"?

What is the maximum size for the opening on the stock body kit for exhaust?

Should I be ok with clamping on or should I have them welded?

There is no change in sound from the Borla tip.

Lol. They're just short metal tubes that attach to your existing exhaust ends. It's the equivalent of you saying "hello" to a friend across the room and you cupping one finger around your mouth and saying "hello" again.

It's purely cosmetic.

Oh and, get 'em welded.

Thanks Dave, point taken. Forgive the newbism. I have never done anything with exhaust in the past so just making sure...
