I just did mine with good ole castrol 5w30 and the now available from carson again 90915-20004 toyota oem filter.

I'm surprised that some of you use the 0w oil.

My experience of 0w in my Kawasaki ZX-12R (and ditto my friends GSXR1000) is that it is SO thin when the engine is cold that it can get past the rings and under moderate acceleration you can see oil smoke out the exhaust. (burning the oil in the combustion chamber)

It does go away when everythings warmed up, and of course the smoking isn't necessarily a serious problem, but, I won't use it any more.
