Srt Filter???

I have a question. The AEM filter states that it has a 4" inlet, while the SRT is 3.5". Does it fit snugly, or did you guys just clamp it to all hell?

Yeah you need to clamp it down pretty good but it's not a bad fit at all, I've had zero problems with mine.

yea, thats because we got the wrong part number. 21-205DK is a 4" inlet, 21-204DK is the 3.5" inlet. I got screwed also by ordering the wrong one.

It is also time for me to change the AFE filter and my question is what is the difference between oil base filter like K&N vs. dry filters???

I had a drop in K&N filter in my SC and had some problem w/ O2 sensors and just wanted to make sure...

i just found that my AFE filter never shipped placed on july 10th
im going to have to call the company
this is the store stock number
AFE21-35005
does anyone know if our size comes in the blue filter?

Same here. I wish we had more room for a longer filter, but the OEM HID lighting gets in the way

Well at least this filter has more surface area than the original filter that SRT uses because its not CONED on one side.
