Ok I did it, Tanabe Installed BY MYSELF!!
It took me about an hour or a little less. I had the most difficulties getting the hangers off the two brackets next to where the old exhaust bolted together. Then it was smooth sailing. I put the tanabe together after I put the two canisters in the hagers near the rear bumper first, then put the two hangers on the spot where the old exhaust bolted together. Then I bolted the two new pieces together. Last but not least, I bolted the Tanabe to the stock exhuast. LOOKS OUTSTANDING.
The sound is exactly what I wanted. Can't be happier. NOT RICE BURNERISH AT ALL
.
Here are some pics of me installing it and after looks.

Thanks again to Tanabe for making such a great looking, and great sounding exhuast.

Hey DJ! Where in Cali do you live? If its close enough would you mind meeting up so that I can check out your ride? I'm thinking about getting 20's but am not sure how they would look. Oh and I noticed in another thread that you stated that you returned your IS to stock suspension, why is that? BTW, nice setup and that exhaust is looking great!
