Wait to put on new intake?

I had one of the Fujita 5 intakes made for me in black, vice their standard chrome finish, and was wondering if I should wait to put it on till the car has some miles on it or git'er done now......

I know it's such a stupid question, but just felt compelled to ask. Car has 600 miles on it.

Same question with a cat back....wait or do it?

You should wait until at least 1K or 1.5k to install aftermarket parts.

I would wait until 1500 to put it on. not sure if it will make a difference but it gave me a piece of mind to put it on after the break in period and then some.

I live around the corner from Fujita....... Got the neighbor hook up deal.

As of right now, there are only 2 wrinkle black F5's running around for 2IS's. Mine and one of the shop employees.............
