What did you need? We play around with these things all the time.

Well heres what I am looking at.
I am trying to determine if I can install my own return line and pressure regulator. I belive I have to drop the tank drill a hole, tap it and install a bulk head fitting wth b nut.
I also need to know where, if and how to remove the existing regulator so I can install an aeromotive in the engine compartmetn.
The picture will help me make the decision, you know allow me to asses how diffucult it will be.

I did this when I swaped in the aristo motor. The return fuel system took me longer to get right than the motor swap took. I would recomend this:

I have not used it yet, but I am getting ready to order one. It will replace the entire pump assembly and looks realy nice. The assembly i built is not much to look at and I would be embarised if it could be seen.
As mentioned in the other tread make sure you hook up the siphon/venturi valve or you will have problems. It caused me to run out of gas because i didn't hook it up.

Morris,
We are curently running this set up on our GS300-T. Walbro fuel pump, aremotive regulator, return line -6, feed line -8. We fab up a pump hanger to hold the fuel pump. Everything is taken out. Fuel tank lid located right under rear driver seat. Remove your rear seat and you would be able to get to it.

Thanks JPI, the fuel pump is already installed so thats taken care of. I am also pllanning on aeromotive regulator and #6 return line. I was planning on leaving the stock supply line in place.
So once I pull the access cap, I will see the stock regulator, I can then just unplug it and bypass it right?
Burtton the siphon Venturi stuff does it also pertain to the GS400 fuel setup or is it just the 300 setup. I am guessing that they have two differnet setups.

Morris,
The in tank regulator is very small. We removed the whole pump assembly, fab up a fuel pump hanger and called it a day. -8 line and -6 return, fuel pressure is 40 psi.

Yes you need the valve because the tank has a hump in it for the drive shaft to pass through. This is the same in all GS's. I would run a -6 feed and use your stock feed for the return. This will save money and time.
