Looks great. I like the fact that you can put all the plastic pieces back for a stock look. How much and where did you purchase it?

Looks great! I'd like to see some before and after dynos though...

I checked their site and LMS doesn't have any prices for this intake. How much?

Yeah I'm wondering if it's CARB approved. It just makes it easier when a smog check is done os you won't have to take it off, but I gues it's a new car so we won't have to worry about it for a little while.

I'm looking into getting a LMS intake real soon too, and I was wondering if anybody know if the LMS intake will fit on an IS250 as well with no problems? Thanks.

Plastis intakes are not a cheap change. Take a look at the last several generations of BMW and Mercedes manifolds. Working with plasics allows them to manufacture shapes and compounds bends that cannot be done with metal. Plastis is also much smoother on the inside so the air flow is not as turbulent. Plastic is also not porous. Many more positives to using plastics.
Additionally, plastic (i.e. composite) intake manifolds dissipate heat much better. GM went to composite manifolds for all the Corvette motors back in '98 for their better heat dissipation which translates to more horsepower.

I would love to post a vid, but I dont know where to host it.
gimme the website of free-hosting video, than I would have it by you real soon.. lol
cuz, I already took some clips.. hehe

Also, The price was $255 + 15 shipping directly from LMS.
I am positive that this is CARB legal, because it uses K&N filter, and they have a whole sheet of paper that said, it is CARB legal from the pakage.
