Somehow a valve fell into the combustion chamber and punched a hole in the piston. It also leaned the piston. And caused the sleeve to crack. Which proceded to crack the block. As you can see, the head looks WONDERFUL. How a valve goes about falling into the combustion chamber, I do not know. I do know however that everyone else and their grandmother has a turbo'd and supercharged gs, and I have not

65k. Bad person working on the car caused it. Lying mf'r. said it was .020 over, wasn't. Said lots of things that were done weren't. Didn't even have the right bearing on part of the motor. Real winner.

oh yes, the new block is from an ls400. Supposedly they're identical.

Sorry to hear what happened.... As far as your mechanic is concerned i would do all i could to get your money back and contact BBB to take further action..... From another FL member to another.... Hopefully the car will be up and running very soon..... Good Luck

Ugh, sorry to hear that. Where in FL are you so I can avoid this 'winner'?
