Default URGENT Torque Converters URGENT

Update. Everything is a fit. The PI TC is 9.5 around and our stock ones are 11 around. This thing is just what the car needed. Its wonderful how it down shifts at 60 if you floor it. Im going to Cali this friday the 23rd a buddy of mine got me a ticket at a track some where in Cali for 2PM on Saturday. I will post a time slip and an extact location of where the track is.

Im in love

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Im geting a PI 2800 Stall speed Torqure Converter install right now. The shop called me and said that the Pi TC is smaller in size then the OEM is this normal? Please let me know.

umm i forgot about the size (i remember reading about it before), did you try to search? one important thing is that everything should fit nicely still, including the nipple at the top, etc... just make sure you didn't get the one for the gs300 instead

well if it's from tturbopimp and if he said it's from a tranny for gs400 then i am pretty sure it's the right one

as long as it fits i think it's ok. i know the gs300 one won't even fit

In general, a lot of the high performance TC's out there are smaller then OEM. Off the top of my head I want to say the PI is a 9" or 11" TC.

Hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure the PI TC is smaller than the factory clunker.
