Torque converter which one should I get?

Will it have any effect on using the "snow" mode?

I think this has been discussed before, but in a nutshell, not really. The SNOW mode retards torque significantly. I mean, you can easly get yourself into trouble without the TC and SNOW mode - you'll still need to be careful.
