I was wondering if anyone had a torque converter in their IS300. If so want kind do you have? If you do not have one but know a lot about torque converters, what kind is good?

Not sure about the IS.
Precision Industries sells a TC for the SC and GS through 3 different distributors that I know of:
Swift Racing
Level10
and RMM (Rod Millen Motorsports).

I picked up a TC for my SC400 through Mo (Swift Racing). Give him a shout and see what he has. Check his website for the number. Should be in the "Links" section.

Good luck.

BTW I love having my car hook up at a higher rpm (in the start of my sweet spot). No problem spinning my tires now.

Hey Misura, how does it react under normal driving conditions? Does it always stall even when normal acceleration? I was thinking about getting one, but does it mess up the daily drivability?
