sup guys i just recently orded a set of TM spark plugs, but im thinkin i might as well change out the plug wires too. i tried searching but did not find any threads, besides going OEM what other brand would be good?
also would it be advisable to actually change my plugs? im currently at about 60k miles
would anyone like to give me some advice on installing new spark plugs for gs300... i already read the sticky thread but any more hints would be awesome
I used Jacobs Electronics sparkplug wires with my stock boots on my Integra....had them retrofitted by a local speed shop down here. Im surprised not many have upgraded the wires...or ignition system.
so i just installed the new TM sparkplugs, cleaned throttle body, and reset ECU...
my throttle body was sooo dirty i probally had like 4-5 full size paper towels pitch black.
i think the combo of all 3 things helped my car drastically. i notice that my car would feel kinda harsh from the launch, especially when climbing from around 2.5-3k rpms. now when i run its smooth like butter, the butt-o-meter tells me that my car picks up faster when already in motion. for the sake of gas im going to play around more when i really need to go somewhere... no more cruising around for the heck of it
