Not necessarily faster than the cars listed, but it feels quick and, more importantly fun, in a straight line. Each of the other cars has its own character, but I find I enjoy driving my LSD/TC GS400 as much or more than any of them!
Having recently driven an two 03 911s, I feel like my car is much quicker off the line but that the 911 would probably 'reel me in' from 60 on up, but I'm just guessing. The 911's responsiveness while on the move is impressive unless the rpms are real low.

Now I also rode shotgun in a friend's 911 GT3, and lemme tell you, that thing is insanely fast.

Now that's funny!!!!

We're all lying. It's not that fast. In fact, all those jackrabbit startsare getting annoying. I'm not using the Power ECT mode anymore. Thinking about the snow mode, in fact.

Here's how I see it:
Suspension mods $600 to $1500
TC & Install $1200
3.76 & install $1800
New Tires and rims $3500
Piggy Bank $0

Smile on face when you drive PRICELESS

Its only money

I don't even have the 3.76 LSD, but have the TC. Love that TC. Love those burnouts! I swear these Goodyear GS-D3's are amazing. I have worn those rear tires out, and they STILL have decent tread and great handling in the rain. Sheesh!

I have ridden in a 3.76 LSD and it IS mighty fine, great responsiveness on the freeway. I like that alot too.

I have the TC and the SRT intake, and I love the roar when I floor it on the freeway when the transmission kicks down. My passengers love it, even more so than me.

If I didn't drive my car so much for my job (like 3000 miles plus per month), I would most CERTAINLY get the 3.76 LSD. But I need the extra gas mileage when I'm cruising. So, I'll have to pass for now.

No worries though, because when I'm in 'boyracer' mode, and it's time to roll out, I just drop the transmission in 4th, and leave it there. Boy, the ol' Lex is quite responsive on the freeway then. Feels like I just got a temporary 3.76 LSD.

Actually, when I think about it, those dollars are a drop in the bucket compared to some of the mods other cl members have done with their cars. I'm at the point where the wife says that's it - no more mods.

a lot of members dropped over 20k on the car easy, it's not surprising

it "helps" when you have a supporting wife, haha
