Yeah that's on a hot SAC day and a very slippery track.
Not trying to make excuses, but my 0 - 60's say that I should be in the high 13 s range. Gotta try to run at Infineon this summer to get a decent time.
Problem is I have to take a Wednesday off of work to do it.

Yeah, same problem for me. There is a track about 30 miles away, but trying to get there on a Wed. evening is just about impossible. Maybe some time in June...I too am hoping (planning?) on dipping into the high 13s with my current setup. Sure would be nice to have a track day where a bunch of us could all run on the same day at the same track!

We've got similar mods, so yeah you should break 14 sec. for sure.
The strip I went was so slick, my brake torque launch rpm was no more than 1200 rpm. Any higher than that and the tires would spin and I'd go no where.
On a street surface, I can launch at over 2k rpm, so that's the key to fast times in a GS.
Getting a good launch is everything which means traction.
I'll be switching to the widest and stickiest street tires available soon, so hopefully I'll be reporting some improved numbers shortly.
RMMGS4, I agree that you should get into the high 13's as well.
If I can get 14.17 on an average day with only the HKS muff's and PI Torque Convertor, they that extra gearing has got to mean 13.9x.

It is NICE to see these cars getting to the dragstrip
My LS400 times were in PERFECT conditions, removed rear mufflers and air box mod only.
Everyone should list their MPH as that is less effected by traction.

I expect to have headers and exhaust before a TC so I may still be shy of your ET on an average day (maybe, maybe not). Give me the PI TC and we could see another thing altogether.
I ran a 13.9 @ 98mph first time taking the GS4 to the track:

Just a TC and greddy exhaust back then. Last week installed a 3.76LSD rear end and hope to see 13.7s now. Must say that LSD makes doughnuts a whole lot easier to do now

the problem with the supra tt rear end is not the lsd (that's helping, if anything), but it's the gear ratio
