SRT ECU Installation Instructions
I bought a used SRT Intake and ECU. I installed thte intake and was not able to download the instructions from SRT's website. The piggy back module has 6 wires. Orange, White, Red, Black, Green and Purple. I have my glove box down because I was just installing a new CD Changer. I need to know where to connect these wires to. Does anyone have any info or a PDF on this?
I just sold my intake and ECU so I don't have the wiring instructions but thenew owner does. I can tell you that the ECU connects to a box under the hood on my G430, not in the glovebox. Someone with the wiring diagram will chime in to help I'm sure.

Eric,
Looks like from your profile that you have a 1999 GS400. If that's correct, this PDF should work. Right click and save as.

Also, when you say solder, should I cut the wires, or am I going to be running a wire tap?

That is correct. You will only need to cut 1 wire and tap all the rest. They make a big thing about soldering. I soldered mine and have not had any wiring problems with connections. I recomend following ther advice. You need to do the ecu when you do the pipe because the car will run like crap. You still want to reset your ecu 1 in a while by disconecting the baterry or the ecu fuse.
