Too bad you cant compare them to new Denso OEM ones. Im sure new Stock plugs would do the same. I want to try them too but it looks like a PITA to replace them and MY local dealer is a joke they will tell me they cant do it because if the STB

I took out TM plus with about 15K to put in new Denso Irridium plugs... don't remember what my reasoning was but I know I wanted optimum performance. Car felt worse after the new plugs and actually dynod lower than it had previously. I bought a new set of TMs to put back in (never did because I bought the supercharger shortly after I ordered them and they're now the wrong heat range for what I need).
In my observations of back-to-back, TM felt better seat of the pants and on dyno than the Denso Irridiums.

how do you know you can't compare them, you tried both? got any data? and replacing them is easy, just like stock ones. i had my lexus tech did the install in 1/2 hr and it's nothing, since the plugs are pre gapped already
anyway, personally i didn't feel much about the new plugs. granted my old plugs they were a bit old already, any new plugs would make the car feel better

I never compared them. Every body said how good they were when you upgraded from old Densos with proberly 50k miles on them. After Daves post i will buy a set to try out. I have a GS300, it takes way longer than 30 min to install plugs. You have to take off the intake manifold and unplug all the hoses and throttle cable alot more work than your V8.
