Unhappy The Weirdest Thing I've ever seen

Hey Guys.
I have searched and searched these forums but can't find anyone with the same problem so please tell me what you think. I have a 98 GS300, with about 100k miles... anywho, recently its been doing the weirdest thing. When I put the key in the ignition and turn it to the ACC or On position, nothing happens. But I can still crank the car. The speedometer, radio, and windows won't work at all. The telescoping steering wheel and the power seats work fine however. When the car is cranked nothing electrical will work besides the wheel and seats, and I can't put the car in gear. Its almost like the car dosen't know that it's on even though its cranked. I've tried resetting the ECU and tightening the battery cables but neither seemed to work. I took it to the dealer and they were stumped. I can drive the car but I have to use the shift override button to put it in gear. When driving though the dash lights, radio, and speedometer panel are of as if the car dosent have the key in at all. I'm open to all suggestions. Please help!
Will

possibly a fuse or a main bus. but yeah... might want to get to a dealer or Mechanic ASAP.
