Has anyone tried both. I like the way the Millen intake still uses stock air scoop to direct cool air. Does the SRT work any better or worse.
Will I really notice a gain with just this mod?

Honestly Chuck, I think unless you are forced inducted, the intake kit is probably the worst performance versus dollar ratio mod you can get (next to cutting stickers and coffee can exhaust tips hhehehe).

For that money, I'd invest in some nice suspension stuff (so your car can handle like a dream). But that's just my opinion.

Does just changing to lower springs alone help and are there any adverse effects. I would think it would rebound too fast with a change in spring rate and not dampening

Just had my RMM intake put on (9-16-04)and let me tell you HP gains or not it roars like a V8 should.
Better wait if you are on a budget and buy Tein CS coilovers first,and drop your ride then anything else go's.
